  1. We are a modern twist on the barn wedding. With our industrial metal building, we have created a juxtaposition against our beautiful stained ship lap interiors, floral wallpapers, and elegant gold lighting. You have the option to embrace the richness of the interiors, creating a more moody elevated feel that your traditional barn wedding, while still having your event on a beautiful expansive property.

  2. We maximized the outdoor space. Not only do we have a 4000 sq ft main event building, but we also have a pavilion and lawn space beautifully lit with bistro lights. Imagine a twilight wedding reception under these lights. No matter how big and lavish your imagination can take you, you’ll never run out of space.

  3. We have 6 bathrooms available for your guests. There is no need to rent a toilet trailer or stand in long lines. Our main event building has 2 unisex bathrooms and our outdoor bathrooms have 4 (2 mens, 2 womens). 

  4. We provide tables, chairs, and linens for up to 250 guests. We have a combination of round and banquette tables, along with white linens, and crisp white chairs that have no need for a cover. 

  5. At the Bride’s Cottage we have a whole house for the bride and her bridal party to get ready in. With 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, a kitchen and living room, there is plenty of space for the entire party to get ready.

  6. We have a Groom’s Cottage as well. No need for the groom to get ready at home. We have a small studio cottage directly adjacent to the bride’s cottage complete with a small living room, kitchenette and full bathroom. 

  7. Do you want to include catering in your package? We can provide the catering for the food from our two restaurants in town, Mi Casita and Lillington Sports Zone. You are not required to use our services, but they are available to you!

  8. We have the perfect stage for your DJ in the Main Event Building giving your guests more space on the main floor to dance the night away.

  9. We are probably the only venue you will ever come across that has a full-sized soccer field that comes with your rental. Whether the groom wants to play a game before he gets ready, or the kids at the wedding need a space to run around, this field is incredible. 

  10. We are a wedding venue near Raleigh and Fayetteville. Just 45 min south of Raleigh, and 25 min north of Fayetteville, we are situated perfectly off a main road to receive guests from both cities.
